Welcome Back!!!

We are excited to be hosting the 2nd Annual CASS Housing Bike Ride and Potluck.  Due to 2017 being such a huge success we have expanded the event this year and added a more Family Friendly 10 mile trail ride (all sidewalks).  Last year 60 riders road in either the 60 mile and 30 mile loops with about 10 kids on the kids ride.  We are hoping to hit the 100 person mark in 2018!

CASS Housing continues to push forward with big plans on creating and developing our first CASS House.  Through the continued support of our corporate sponsors and generous donations by each one of you we are changing lives one house at a time.

The CASS Housing Bike ride and Potluck was one of our largest fundraisers in 2017 and we hope to make it the biggest in 2018.  We have set a goal of $20,000 to be raised alone for this bike ride event!!!!  Please help us make that a reality.

We couldn’t be more excited to be partnering with FW Outfitters to be our official bike sponsor for the 2018 CASS Housing Bike Ride and Potluck.  They believe in our mission of creating Customizable, Affordable, Sustainable, and Safe living arrangements for individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.  Thank you so much for your support!!

We are going to continue for another year the potluck style lunch after the ride.  So, if you aren’t much a rider but a supporter of CASS Housing – bring a special dish to share with everyone.  We will once again supply the main course and drinks.

This is NOT a race but a fun group oriented bike ride to encourage everyone to get out on the roads and have a great time being together and raising donations for the organization!

Due to the construction on last year’s course we are finalizing the routes – Garmin digital routes and route cards will be finalized before the ride.  We are going to staggering the starts as noted above so that we are all finishing the ride at the same time to enjoy each other’s company at the potluck.

This is not a sanctioned or supported ride so all riders need to obey normal road traffic rules and regulations.

We will have one water stop for each of the 30 mile and 60 mile routes – details to follow.  The 10 mile trail system ride will go right past the water stop at the corner of Covington and Scott Road at the firehouse.

We are continually looking for corporate sponsors so if you are interested in supporting CASS Housing from a corporate level please reach out to Kevin below.

If you have any questions, please contact Kevin at ride@casshousing.org.

This is a free ride (however, most charity rides have entry fees starting at $35), but your support through a donation is welcomed! You can do this either before or after you register!  Thank you so much for your support.

Please fill out the form below so we know the number of riders interested and also how much food to get. It will need to be filled out for each individual rider. If you plan on attending the potlock, but not ride, please just input your name and fill out the last question.
