How We Empower
CASS Housing is a privately funded non-profit headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our mission is to create innovative and safe housing with support that empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to maximize their potential and grow in their independence.
We believe independence looks different for every person. Through safe, innovative housing, practical education, and meaningful community opportunities, CASS works alongside Core Members and their existing support systems to help each person build the life they want.
CASS provides Community, Accountability, Safety, and Stability.
Housing
Independent, Guided, and Guided Plus Living provide different levels of support while prioritizing choice, community, and independence.
Education
Practical life skills education through CASS Academy helps adults build confidence and skills they can use in everyday life through Cohorts and Small Groups.
Community Opportunities
Core Members build relationships and stay connected through social activities, recreation, volunteering, and other opportunities to participate in their communities.
